QDR Track Taper Session- Forest Park- October Cycle B
MEETUP: 6:15PM Forest Park Victory Field Track Run Starts BY: 6:30PM **Once you arrive, if you have not warmed up, run 8 Loops with 50 Meter Strides at the end of each Loop** The Workout- 2x2 Mile Repeats at Around Marathon Pace, 4xMile Repeats at Half Marathon Pace. This workout puts you at a Marathon Paced Effort while being pushed to a faster pace with the mile repeats. Kevin will be on site clicking off Mile Splits. (Please make sure he is able to concentrated on splits!) Teammates are invited to come and help pace anyone! Please come on time, and don't forget to bring friends!
