Open Up - Ben Dickshinski's 3.4 mi run
600/500/400/300/200 x2 on the track. 200m jog in-between each rep, 4 minutes between sets. Pretty hot out maybe a little over 100 on the turf/track. legs didn't feel super great but I opened up okay: 600: 1:41, 1:40 - roll 400, float 200 500: 1:28, 1:27 - float 400: 68, 68 - float 300: 50, 48 - float 200: 31, 29 - roll the last 2 Legs had been feeling kinda "meh" since the longer day on Sunday. Nice to get in some mid-week quality on a race/down week.
