Tualatin Tuesday
Join the team for a speed session or easy loop on the trails! Those running easy- we'll use the trail route on the map and those that need extra miles can add on at the end. Those doing speed work, please post your workout in the comments below to connect with other teammates doing the same. Paved options include a one mile loop (we will set cones every 1/4 mile upon request) or out-and-back on the Waterhouse bike path.
