2014 Shenandoah 100 + - Jeremiah BISHOP 's 166.7 km bike ride
My biggest test yet! Rode 40 k out to the race played some good cards and won! Cogburn was nuking it and it took some serious effort from our group of Keck and Koerber to bring him back. then stopped for a Munga style pit then ride 3 1/2 more hours up the death climb then down Buck mountain lot of trees and hiking thru the ravine so hit the hours goal but prob only got in 170 miles but a good 13 hrs meant I out rode my garmin battery.
The amazing thing was despite feeling destroyed after the race once I got rolling again at diesel pace hydrated and re fueled I started feeling pretty good. Glass ceiling; shattered!
